Swap (Crypto-to-Crypto)

A swap is a conversion between two cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC → USDT). Swaps are executed automatically based on the order you place.

Crypto withdrawals (On-chain)

A crypto withdrawal sends funds from your account to an external blockchain address. This is an on-chain transaction and includes a network fee paid to the blockchain validators/miners. Network fees can change depending on network congestion.

Fee:

  • Platform withdrawal fee: No fee applied

  • Network fee: dynamic, based on selected network

Important notes:

  • Always select the correct network for the destination address. Sending to the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
